Support Fi2025 Artist Awards

We are excited to announce that Fiberart International 2025 opens this Friday and will be on view at Contemporary Craft and at Brew House Arts from June 20 – August 30, 2025.

As you know, Fiberart International is a prestigious triennial exhibition that showcases the best in contemporary art, specifically highlighting works created with the fiber medium. This exhibition is celebrated globally as a key marker of trends and innovations in the field. Since its inception in 1967, it has been brought to life through the hard work of the Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh and its dedicated volunteers. For the silver anniversary, we are thrilled to partner with Contemporary Craft, an organization with whom we’ve shared a long and fruitful professional relationship.

Fiberart International remains a project of the Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh, and we’ve entered into a mutually beneficial agreement with Contemporary Craft to ensure the exhibition’s success. This arrangement was carefully developed by a transition committee and reviewed by the Guild’s Board of Directors.

As is our tradition, the Guild will offer awards to the artists as a way to recognize their exceptional work and to assist with the significant costs of participating in an international exhibition. In lieu of the normal physical mailer, we are sending the Fiberart International Awards donation request by email.

We invite you to contribute to these awards in honor of everyone who has shaped the exhibition into what it is today.
