FGP at Handmade Arcade Holiday Market
December 5 – December 6
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Members of the Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh will be on hand to demonstrate a variety of fiber techniques during the Handmade Arcade Holiday Market.
INCENTIVE: Artists doing demos will be able to independently sell their items during their time. AND you get into the show for free on the day of your demo.
We would like to demonstrate as broad a range of our members’ works as possible including, but not limited to, basketry, beading, book arts, embroidery, crochet, felting, knitting, jewelry, mixed media, quilting, paper art, rug hooking, sculpture, surface design, stitchery, wearables and weaving. This is an Outreach event and there will also be information about the Guild and and what it has to offer.
If you would like to demo (and potentially sell) your work, please contact Susan Swarthout at sswarthout11@gmail.com or 323-253-8066 today! Let’s show everyone what the Guild has to offer!
