2-3 pm Knit and Crochet Fiber Interest Group
Join other Knit and Crochet-loving guild members to exchange ideas and see new work, and to find opportunities and community projects to increase the power of small stitches. Beginners are welcome!
2-3 pm Spinning and Carding Fiber Interest Group
This group shares a love of creating beautiful yarns and threads for weaving, knitting, crocheting or hand work from plant and animal fibers. They explore this sustainable craft using local sources and historical methods. Beginners are welcome!
3 pm Fiber Feedback and Discussion with FI 2007 and FI 2022 artist Camilla Pearce
Fiber Feedback: Bring in what you are working on, to show off or ask for direction.
Camilla will share selections of her incredible “fine” hand work, her prints, her work in progress, her inspiration and she will talk about Fiberart Internationals past and the one coming up in June.

Camilla has a unique perspective, being both a Fiberart International artist, whose work was selected from a pool of hundreds of international entries and as a Guild member and an FI volunteer. Camilla has volunteered assisting visiting artists at the Fiberart International Forum/aka as Artist Support, as Forum Chair in 2007 and 2010, and as Artist Hospitality 2016 (housing and feeding visiting artists) and the very difficult job of selling/touring the show 2013.
