DESCRIPTION:This is Part 2 of Jennifer’s Experimental Techniques Dresses Zoom Workshop.  \n\n\n\nWORKSHOP IS FULL \n\n\n\nContact Michelle Browne mlbatoast7@gmail.com to get on the wait list. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Jennifer \n\n\n\nPaper pioneer and UK artist Jennifer Collier creates exquisite artwork from vintage recycled materials in conjunction with stitch; a contemporary twist on traditional textiles. \n\n\n\nThe papers serve as both the inspiration and the media for the work\, with the narrative suggesting the forms. Through this marriage of unlikely materials old papers are transformed into something truly unique\, delicate and complex.”I work from a studio in Stafford\, and continue my self-employed career through the sale of my work\, exhibitions and commissions. I run my own gallery\, Unit Twelve\, which is open to the public. The space houses six artist’s studios\, including my own and hosts a changing program of themed\, high quality contemporary craft exhibitions\, curated by myself.
