Rose Clancy is a sculptor, site-specific installation artist, and gardener currently working with the reclamation of neglected spaces. Her artistic practice combines the archeological and environmental aspects of a space with her own biographical history to create sculptural works that invite personal reflection and advocate environmental awareness and stewardship. Her work focuses on the relationship between neglect and nurturing, and illustrates through example, the ease with which a neglected unproductive space can be nurtured back to a productive state through the efforts of one person.
